Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez received his Colombian counterpart, Maria Angela Holguin, in this capital, the Foreign Ministry said. Cuba and France boosted their political relations with the visit last weekend to the island by Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Jean-Yves le Drian. The draft of the new Constitution will be submitted to popular consultation from August 13 to November 15, a process that would lead to the drawing up of a final text before being voted in a referendum for it approval. Cuba has sped up the procedures for the approval of foreign investment projects to support the creation of joint ventures with foreign capital, Deborah Rivas, an official from the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment said.  Sancti Spiritus  central province is  hosting a national Scientific Meeting on occasion of the World Breastfeeding Week taking place in the country from August 1st  to 7. The motto of the week is 'Breastfeeding: Foundation for Life' .
